Discussed what we wanted to proceed with as our quote was for more and asked for measurements to be redone as they were incorrect. I received a text back that said "how much cash do you have so I can see how much I can help you out" I have sent 2 emails, countless texts and phone calls and even had my husband call with no responses regarding measurements or installation. I even stated if he was too busy to let me know so I could go elsewhere. Very unreliable and borderline inappropriate.

We asked them to do an irregular stone for a stepper, we offered to either pick up at Lowe's or they could just remove from bid. The chose to remove and requoted however the price doubled!!! When I called to ask why I never got a straight answer just that this is now the price. I wasted time and money traveling etc. I would highly recommend not dealing with this company very shady.
