Marilyn & Robert helped me feel comfortable moving off campus. The care and accommodations I have received have given me the best housing experience I've had during my time in Lubbock. They quickly fixed any problem me and my housemates had at our property and their courteous attitude made it a pleasure to just pop in the office and say Hi! Maintenance is spectacular. Once I submit a request, the are there usually the very next day and are very kind and hard working. The front desk is also wonderful and are always available and willing to help. There are also no bugs around since they regularly spray. They extort the deposit from you by charging $20 per hole made by the curtain rod holder. You must use their paint; available for purchase at Sherwin Williams, or there's a fee for not matching the paint color. The move out inspection means the apartment must be better than when you moved in. The appliances must be in showroom condition despite the fact they're old. It's hard to keep track of who the manager is because it's a revolving door including the maintenance guy. In the 18 months I lived there, I know there were at least 3 changes. The latest greatest management team comprised of Ciera and DaNae is a farce to say the least. Bless their heart for effort at least. Keep on moving past this place- it's not worth the money they extort from the residents. Junked vehicles galore parked in the parking lot and along the street coupled with dog feces everywhere
