The employee confirmed that they did, asked how many people were in our party, even asked how many high chairs we would need, and told us, "See you at 6:30." We arrived early at 6:20 with all 15 members of our group, only to be told they don't actually take reservations or call-ahead seating and that it would be at least a 20-minute wait. We completely understood that things happen and were happy to wait, so our entire group waited outside. Unfortunately, while we were waiting, the restaurant continued seating multiple smaller parties without making any effort to accommodate the large group they had specifically told to come at 6:30. After watching the restaurant fill up, it became clear we weren't going to be seated anytime soon, so we had to leave and scramble to find another restaurant during one of the busiest weeks of the year. This review isn't about the wait..it's about the communication. If you don't offer call-ahead seating for large parties, that's completely understandable. But please don't tell customers to arrive at a specific time, gather 15 people together, and then act as though no arrangement was ever made. It created unnecessary frustration and completely changed the course of our evening. I hope management addresses this so other families and large groups don't experience the same situation.
