Ms Ly said the item can be made as a stand spray. I indicated I will order the item in stand spray. Ms Ly said my order has to be placed by email. Through out the conversation, there was no mention of price variation for different presentations. I placed the order as instructed. The next day, I was informed by email that the price is 25% higher because of the deviation from catalog. When I reply complaining that was unethical, Ms Quan said "I sincerely apologize for you to misunderstanding our conversation." How can I misunderstand what was not said?

I wanted something that wasn't too flashy since it isn't a romantic relationship but at the same time wasn't too simple. I landed on the website for Cool Green & Shady and I could tell immediately that this would work. All of their arrangements appear to be custom and NOT the generic Teleflora offerings. There are sections for types of occasions. There Valentine's section really had something for everyone at different price points, in vases, in boxes, etc. I settled on the 'Puppy Love' which had really uniquely shaped greens with a few roses to fit that V-Day theme. The site includes a lot of detail about each of the arrangements so the one I chose is really only meant to be optimally displayed from one side which was interesting. Also they do mention that they will make substitutes if any of the components are not available. I was able to leave a small message with the flowers at no extra cost. At check-out, I was able to select goodies like different types of chocolates to add, so I wound up adding a chocolate lollipop. This was obviously a surprise so I didn't give my friend a heads-up on the delivery. She has a tendency to ignore callers she doesn't know so the delivery driver had to ring a few times before she finally answered. I'm so glad they were persistent so she could get her flower delivery! They didn't wind up making any substitutions for her flowers and they looked beautiful! Will definitely order from here again.

As the wedding day approached we began to realize we absolutely needed a professional florist. Our lax approach to florals quickly turned into a nightmare, we were two weeks away from the big day and had to tell the family friend that it just wasn't working out. Thankfully, our wedding planner connected us with Amber who was able to squeeze us into her busy fall schedule.
