That being said, since they have expanded the individual gas stations adding more lanes during COVID (just before COVID?), the experience goes fast. There are some restrictions: you need a MasterCard to fill up, or a Canadian debit Interact cards, or Costco Shop Cards (store gift cards). This means for the credit and debit cards, you need to be a member. But if you utilize the store gift cards (Costco Shop Cards), you don't have to have a Costco membership! I was in the left lane heading northbound on Midland at Lawrence Avenue East. I was waiting for the light to change. There weren't any cars in the right lane. I decided to turn right and head to this gas station to fuel my car. It was an unexpected move. Hey, I'll do anything for a good gas deal, as long as I can do it safely. I did! This gas station is bright and clean. I was impressed. I inserted my PC Optimum card at the gas pump. I then inserted my credit card and then started to fill up my car's gas tank. All went well. This Esso store has a Circle K. I had just visited a Circle K across from Shoppers World, so I didn't need anything. It was nice to finally stop at this gas station. I am normally at the Burger King across the street after a concert. It's funny that I've changed that ritual. I gather the accident was the result of him entering the car wash too soon (not allowing enough distance between us), but you would think there would be some sort of measure in place to prevent two vehicles from colliding.
