It has been over two months and i still do t have my glasses. They said the manufractur lost the order. Every day I called they said they will have them ready next week. I even had one of their employeees text saying they were sorry and she will escalate the problem. The front desk people are nice but whoever does their 3rd party needs to be replaced. Finally after that a manager called saying the manufactor found them and will send the frame to them which means i have to wait for the lens to be cut which can take another month: They don't offer refunds so Inhave no choice but to wait. The doctor had an amazing bedside manner. She was gentle, professional, and genuinely kind, which made the whole experience comfortable from start to finish. The office itself was spotless and beautifully styled. I especially loved the framed macramé Ojo behind the reception area. Such a unique touch. Both techs were fantastic. My husband and I honestly had a blast with them. Super friendly, easygoing, and they made the entire process feel fun instead of clinical. We also recently moved, and the techs here took the time to explain materials and add-ons in a way that actually made sense. In over 20 years of wearing glasses, no other place has ever broken it down for us like that. When I mentioned how much I loved their frame selection, they shared that their manager personally curates all the brands. You can tell, because the selection is . I ordered glasses and left a voicemail after two weeks to follow up, since I had been told it would take up to that long. No one returned my call. When I called again, I was sent to voicemail once more. I then contacted the office directly and asked the receptionist to connect me to a live person. When I finally reached someone, I was told my glasses had just arrived and that I could come in anytime after 2:00 PM, as they close at 5:00 PM. I rushed to get my kids ready, drove 40 minutes through traffic, and arrived at 4:25 PM. When I got there, I was told they close at 4:30 PM and no one could help me. I explained that I only needed to pick up my glasses quickly and that I had been told I could come in before 5:00 PM and technically it wasn't 4:30pm yet. The rude staff member then informed me that the optical department closes at 4:30 PM--information that was never mentioned during my phone call. Despite the mistake on their end, they refused to assist me or make any exception and told me to come back on Monday. The lack of accountability, care, and understanding is very disappointing. Because of this experience, I will be returning my glasses and taking my business elsewhere.
