When Milton's name was passed along to me, I immediately knew that he was our man! Milton met with us face-to-face throughout the planning process to make sure we were all on the same page. He was accommodating, professional, and organized, but also fun and down-to-earth. We had complete confidence in him from the beginning! Of the many anxieties encountered during the planning process, the photography was never one of them. During our engagement shoot and during our big day, Milton was there on time and was fully prepared. We had a larger wedding, but he brought an extra photographer to make sure he didn't miss a beat. Milton's wedding day package was very reasonable and was one of the few that would accommodate what we needed. We could've went the Vietnamese vendor route-but decided with Milton because of the quality and skills of his photographs and reasonable pricing. We got a face to face meeting with them plus an engagement session prior to the wedding day. In addition, we talked prior to the wedding day to make sure everything is settled. Milton was very responsive and answered all our questions prior to our photo shoots. We have many wonderful pictures from our wedding day that we enjoyed, especially the candid ones. The pictures of the candid moments and of others we didn't have the time to notice were the ones we treasured the most. We loved how he was patient with our huge wedding party and family. If possible, I would recommend talking to him before even booking your venue because he's so experienced with the DMV area and knows so many good venues that would be photogenic. For example, on our wedding day, my mother's makeup was running late, but my wife wanted to get a picture with her before we headed out to the first look. Based on his years' experience, Carl immediately told the makeup artist just to put on the lipstick first for my mother and snapped a few shots for us. Even now, my mother still mentions how great and decisive he was that day! Carl was funny, decisive/efficient, and great with all my wedding party (including our 3-year-old flower girl), as well as with both sides of parents. His ability to speak Mandarin Chinese was the cherry-on-top, as he could communicate with many of our guests that way! His assistant Chuck (who covered me & the groomsmen during getting-ready) was also excellent; he made sure we all felt comfortable and natural in front of the camera by laughing along with us and being extremely personable.
