As that gentleman was heading toward the back to get someone, Bryan came out and greeted us immediately. My husband has plantar fasciitis and has pain when walking for long periods of time. His feet would be numb most of the day; and being a nurse, and on his feet all the time, he really wanted something better. It's very rare that you find a feet store that helps you find the best inserts and shoes for your feet. He's been using the shoe inserts and shoes as they were set for him 2 months ago; and within a few days of using them, he noticed that his feet rarely hurt anymore. While the price was expensive and more than we've ever spent on shoe inserts and shoes, it has been 100% worth it. HORRIBLE from start to finish. I came with pain around my ankle and a MRI. I was unable to bear…read moreweight easily or wear a shoe. The pain around my ankle was intense and I was in tears during the time with the assistant. The pain was seriously affecting my quality of life. Dr. Carter walked in the room and said you have CRPS and will need a pain management clinic for life. I was somewhat familiar with crps and knew it was a horrific disease. I questioned the diagnosis and she smugly said thats what you have and sent me away with overpriced compression socks. She did review my mri so she saw my issues on there. The diagnosis did sit well with me so I went on to get 3 more doctors opinions. All of them came to the conclusion I had a cyst in a very small painful area in my ankle. This Doctor(if you can even call her that) should not be practicing medicine. She had an MRI right before her face and still came up with a very wrong and horrible diagnosis to give someone. You dont mess around with that type of diagnosis unless you are sure. What if I had gone to chronic pain management for life and never gotten another opinion. DO NOT GO HERE! Shame on this doctor and this practice.
