If I could give 0 stars, I would. We recently purchased a vehicle from here and exactly 2 weeks to the day later, I need a new engine. We asked if there was anything mechanically wrong with it and they said that it ran perfectly fine for them. The timing went out. Apparently it had been changed 30k miles ago so it SHOULD have had almost another 100k miles before that needed to be changed. When I asked if there was anything that they could or would do to help, I was rudely informed that it was on me and they didn't care. Avoid this dealership like the plague. read more

I have purchased trucks and cars 4 times from kennon. I have had only one issue and that was an exception. I do know that you need to truly know autos before ever considering a purchase of a used vehicle...especially those with high miles. As with any used vehicle, expect to do some routine repairs from time to time. If you don't want to do that then you should consider buying new. read more

This has to be the biggest junkyard around with a license to sell. They loathe in Buy Here Pay Here. We purchased a truck from them only to have the transmission go out before we were able to put 500 miles on it. No help from them whatsoever even though we paid 2x times what the truck was worth. We did do the bhph on the truck but paid it off within 2 months. They were no help whatsoever and yes we purchased it as is. Every person we have spoken to with the exception of one purchased a junker from them. They have a backyard mechanic on site that doctors up the vehicles enough to get through a test drive and then BOOM. They do have the friendliest customer service you can ask for until you sign the dotted line, then they act as if you killed a family member. As soon as you sign, you do not even have to wait until payment time or have something go wrong. You get this treatment before you pull off the lot with the junker you just purchased.
