Kenny was a tremendous help while I navigated my first mortgage. He answered tons of questions, usually within a few hours & sometimes even faster. His explanations were patient and detailed. He knows how to use email and digital signing services really well, which made all of our communications flow seamlessly. He answers email questions inline in a separate color; huge help when trying to understand so many complicated documents. I didn't get the sense that he was sending me stock answers, either; everything he said seemed customized to my particular circumstances. Kenny Heller is the only good thing in this insanity we call the San Francisco housing market. My fiancé and I were first-time homebuyers.
