Have been a Pest X customer for a couple of years. So impressed with their level of service and…read moreprofessionalism that I had them replace all the vents around my home. Unfortunately, the vents and/or install were not up to standard for my home as the vents continuously fell out leaving my home exposed to pest/animals, etc. After an attempt by a Pest X technician to rectify the problem to no avail, I contacted the regional manager Chuck regarding my ongoing problem. Upon contact with Chuck, I immediately felt heard and confident that he would ensure that my problem was rectified. So much so that he (Chuck) made a personal visit to my home to assess the problem. Not only did Chuck send out technicians to rectify my problem with my vents, he sent out a team to reassess and address any pest issues that I may have incurred due to the problem with my vents. Based on my security feed, these tasks took several hours to complete. I remain convinced that Pest X is the "BEST" when it comes to professionalism, timeliness, and most importantly, the "SAFETY" and "WELL-BEING" of their customer and their property. A month later had an accident and broke some fingers once again went there first they took my x-rays saw that in fact I had one serious break, then referred me to a specialist who turned out to be a great surgeon.
