Hello, I just wanted to say how I find this company completely incompetent and a complete let down. Twice in one week they have let us down with their so called planning, Deawoo were using this sub-standard company as a sub-contractor and told me to expect a call last Tuesday to confirm the engineers attendance, however this never happened so I called them and was told to expect an engineer between 2pm and 4pm, this time came and went so I called back and was told the engineer was delayed and will be with me within the following hour, again this time frame came and went so I called again and was told "our systems are down, please call back within half an hour to an hour, we are open till 8pm". I was surprised then to hear " we're now closed", when I called back just 30 minuets later. Nethertheless the next day when an operator called to apologise for the day before and offered to send an engineer that day which unfortunately due to work I couldn't arrange for that day I was pleased to then arrange a further appointment for today (Friday), at the time of the call the operator clearly stated it would need to be a morning appointment as the engineers go out to the furthest address and work back towards home, so I agreed today (Friday) before 12pm with the operator, however when I called up near 10 am I was told by a male operator the appointment would be this afternoon between 2 and 4pm. I was then really shocked to hear that when I called up around 1.45pm that the engineer had already been at 1.30pm. What is the point of giving a two hour window of arrival when the engineer is not going to arrive within that window? Then I was told by the male operator that there was no chance of the engineer coming back as he was now in Sevenoaks.
The company is a joke, their customer service is non-exsistant. Do not try to rely on this company as they cannot be trusted serve their customers and they obviously do not care. read more
