When I arrived, a nurse came in the room and apologized - saying Dr. Morgan doesnt prescribe testosterone and the receptionist who booked me was new and made a mistake. Fine, waste of my time, whatever. Then they billed both my insurance company and myself for the visit!!!!! I called to get it reversed and got the run around - I called 4 times, conversed with them through MyChart 2 times, and they would not budge - insisting that they had provided me a service - what service? They totally wasted my time. The fact that they had the nerve to bill me, and wouldnt adjust it after many complaints is shocking! My final phone call, I told them I would like to discuss this directly with Dr. Morgan. They said they would have her call me - and of course, she never did. JUST SHAMEFUL AND GREEDY!

The care she provides is proactive, catching issues and possible issues as early as possible, but without being overly "test-happy" or neurotic. She'll joke around with you, and patiently offer explanations for any questions you have, no matter how out there they may be. The rest of the staff is just as patient and nice. I've never felt shuffled through or like an inconvenience like have at other doctors' offices, even when it's just a routine pregnancy check-in.

Before any labs or testing were done, the physician repeatedly told me my symptoms were "normal pregnancy tiredness" and said my concerns were outpatient issues, implying nothing could be done for me. I have had three prior pregnancies and explained that what I was feeling did not feel normal. I specifically asked for my iron levels to be checked and felt I had to repeatedly advocate to be taken seriously. When I asked why I was sent to Labor & Delivery if nothing could be done, I was told it was "just to make sure," which made me feel like I did not belong there. After labs were completed, results came back abnormal, confirming my symptoms were not simply normal pregnancy fatigue. I left feeling dismissed and unsupported. I hope future pregnant patients are evaluated before assumptions are made.

The office is clean, the staff are quick and proficient, and the waiting time once you're at the appointment is no more than 15 minutes. The front desk worker is super sweet and Rachel has really taken the time to listen to my concerns and find a solution for them. She offered me medication to make my IUD insertion easier and less painful and I really appreciated that because I wasn't offered they at my old OB. The medical assistant was so sweet in making sure I was doing alright during the procedure itself and again, made me feel cared for. You don't have to wait months and months to get an appointment and you can schedule one through my chart which is something I was looking for when looking for a new provider. Overall great practice with a wonderful NP and medical assistants!
