This was a disappointing hotel. While the location is central, not much else was satisfying. The people who clean the rooms are careless. The front desk referred us to two restaurants which were both closed! They make you ask for toilet paper. It's just substandard service overall. read more

This is an real 4 star hotel. Rooms are spacious and very clean. They don't lock refrigerators anymore, they listened to their customers. They have an open concept bathroom with separate tub and shower. Very unique with a great layout. The location of this hotel is excellent. You can get to all the me tourist attractions in a 10-15 min walk max. Most places are a 5-10 min walk. Checkout is at 1030am, but I asked for 11am and they were ok with that, no extra charge. So you need your room key to enter the front door of the hotel, again to use the elevator, and a third time to enter your room. It's a little annoying but I get it...safety. There are 2 electrical plugs in the room that North American and European plugs fit. So you can charge your iPhone with your power block from America, awesome! The only real complaint I had is that the walls do not have soundproofing. All floors are hardwood or stone and if the person next to you is walking with shoes on, you will hear it in your room. If you're a light sleeper this will wake you up. read more

I'm not impressed. The staff feels like they are doing you a favor, rather than the other way around. Breakfast is really mediocre and ends way too early at 10, and check out is at 10:30 with no late check out allowed. The refrigerator in the room is also locked, and you can't use it unless you order room service. The beds were hard but comfortable, however the pillows are soooooo thin and floppy you might as well not have one. We had some problems with the shower too, there is only hot water. Doesn't sound like a bad thing, but it was so hot I couldn't bare it, and instead of coming to help fix it the staff told us how to fix it and when we couldn't do the complicated repair ourself didn't offer and further help. The part of town this hotel is in isn't ideal either. It doesn't feel super safe, and there isn't a lot within walking distance. You end up commuting elsewhere a lot. However, if stay single on a Sunday, this is a good location because the san Telmo market is literally right in front of the hotel. I wouldn't stay here again unless they were practically giving the room away. Oh, the rooms are also very dark with very little lighting. The one good thing I'll say is that the floors are wood in the rooms, which is nice. read more

The hotel is Mediocre more of a three star hotel. Breakfast ends too early, 10 am. The pool has a surcharge of $15 per person. Refrigerators are locked and my only be used if you purchase room service. The rooms are lean and comfortable, but in no way a 4 star hotel. Definitely a cheap clean option if you are on a budget. Close to plaza de mayo and Puerto Madero. read more
