Since I travel to Louisville with moderate frequency, it's no problem to have a doc there. Wait time for new patients was 2 weeks, below average of other places I called. The main thing is that Dr Gilberts took her time and didn't rush me out. We had engaging conversation and she easily established trust. It was frankly the first time I did NOT feel like another faceless copayment. I felt human and like she genuinely cared about the outcome of my health. Needless to say I highly recommend Dr Gilberts and I am excited to have finally located a doctor that understands me. Fast forward to a catastrophic accident and she was there to walk the extra mile with me. A couple of years later, following a broken elbow, she advised me which ER to visit and then had a back-up plan if they were too busy to see me. Each time I go in for a check-up, she knows me and as we discuss the results of my exams and blood work, she makes sure I understand the significance of any issue. While the Practice is currently associated with Baptist Health, the people in the office have been extremely helpful, courteous, and proactive. I was met at my car by staff who was kind, informative, and efficient. She asked where I would be traveling to in order to make sure that I would have the correct test completed. I never had to leave my car! Doctor Lovelace himself came to my car and performed the COVID swab and made sure to answer all of my questions. Dr. Ingwersen validated everything I told her on my first consultation/visit. After meeting with her I was referred and sent to 2 specialists, one of which was an allergist. My former doctor just shrugged off my allergies and basically told me to deal with it. Thanks to Dr. Ingwersen I am now at maintenance level of allergy shots and feel better than I have in years. I spent 5 years with my former PC physician and 10 minutes with Dr. Ingwersen. She gave me more care than he ever did.

He is always great to work with and gives quick and accurate diagnosis. I like him because he is very blunt it does not pull punches. You need a straight shooting dr and that is what he is. The facility itself is quite large. They have a big spacious waiting room and quite a few patient rooms and even a lab Corp area to do blood testing. The facility is shared with a children's office and the lobby has a men's room and women's room for all patients.

Been coming to the doctor here for years. I've always had a good experience with all of the…read moredoctors. Dr. Eisenminger being one of the more sociable ones. Quite a funny guy. Either way - I generally have no complaints. The appointment availability is usually quite good - if you need to see a doctor the tomorrow, they'll have appointments available. When they run tests, the results usually come back quickly. My one complaint would be with wait time. It doesn't matter what time you have an appointment for, and it doesn't matter if you arrive 15 minutes early to that appointment - they will make you wait. I find it incredibly strange, and somewhat frustrating. But this is typical of any doctor office, I suppose. I had a nurse practitioner today. Her name was Kristen. She was great. Very professional and very kind. I recommend her where possible
