I submitted a post inspection offer. He relisted the house as active without presenting the offer to the seller and days before having any signed documentation that I was no longer pursuing the house. He refused to present the post inspection offer to his client and did not allow his client to decide what they wanted to do. Next, he thought it was okay to give the inspection report I had paid for to the next potential buyer without removing my personal information. I would not recommend this agency to my enemies.

I have been working with Melissa for several months and I can not say enough kind words about her. I am a single mom that has never purchased a house on my own and am ignorant to many of the "ins and out" of the process. Melissa was kind, explained everything in a way I understood, patient, and offered her real life expertise and opinions. She didn't always just suggest with a higher price to make more money, she kept me where I felt comfortable. When my first house fell through and I was devastated, she called to check on me and didn't make a big deal about it. She "talked me off the ledge" if you will. I used a horrible "lender" and was taken advantage of. Melissa called her own people and tried to help me out. After I switched to the Prime Lending person in her office I was good to go! (More on that in another review) Melissa is always available by text or phone and she uses technology to your advantage. I really feel like I've made a friend through this process. I would recommend Melissa to anyone buying or selling a house.!!
