The dentist told me after several adjustments they would have to be relined again, as he had adjusted too much, and they were to loose. When he told me I could go somewhere else. I checked other superior dentists Reviews, which I didn't when I went to that dentist, which was a big mistake. I was impressed with Midwest dental reviews, I called to make an appointment the lady said they had no openings. I explained that my mouth was sore and causing a lot of discomfort, she said if you come in tomorrow we can squeeze you in. I was greeted with friendly smiles from the staff, the door was open for me and my walker. Was put off and told specifically that it had been "well over a year since films and fluoride done" (for 2 kids) and new office would just need that info. Turns out insurance would not cover as it had actually only been 8 months. I called Midwest Dental's office and spoke to HEIDI (billing? office manager?) And she was astonishingly rude. I just wanted to verify dates and services of last appt. and inform them I had been given incorrect information. She immediately escalated the situation by asking in a nasty tone if I was "just calling to vent" and "what do you think you're going to get out of this phone call"! How about verification of dates and services and an apology would be nice! I wasn't asking them to pay the bill. You can't leave their office without them prying your wallet out of your purse, so I knew that wasn't going to happen. Seriously, you have to meet with someone in billing after your appt. before you can leave their office. EVERY TIME! So think twice before making an appointment with them, there are much better options in Superior.

Unethical billing practices. Charged secondary insurance first because "they have less red tape…read moreand pay more" creating a huge paperwork mess for me (sending divorce decree to both insurance companies). All while Im trying to sort out the mess they are calling me stating I will be responsible for entire bill if its not paid soon. Charged a $100 deposit before any services performed even when we had two insurances. The dentist himself comes to reception to defend his billing practices stated even with two insurances they dont pay for co-pays and deductibles. Had two insurances for 5 years and never paid out of pocket in another state. Stated my daughter was due for cleaning, which she was not. Primary insurance didnt pay for cleaning because she wasnt due but secondary paid and I was responsible for overages (so he can keep my deposit). Also charged for extras that I had to pay out of pocket for but didnt get permission for. He knows how to work the insurance circuit to increase his payment to he wont have to pay "whats reasonable" and ends up getting full price. Dont go here! Keep your money in your wallet and not his!

I'd never had a root canal before and all I've ever heard is how scary and painful they are. I was really dreading this appointment. My dentist (Dr. Patterson, just upstairs) referred me to Dr. Lindquist for this procedure and I'm so glad she did! Dr. Lindquist and her staff are really kind and helpful throughout the whole process. The root canal only took about an hour and, honestly, I didn't feel a thing! I kept waiting for it to hurt but it never did. The room was pleasant, the staff were chipper, and it was a great experience! I kept waiting all day, then all week for the pain to kick in and it never really did. The day of the root canal I took ibuprofen twice (once right after the procedure and once later in the day when I was at work). That's it. The recovery was easy and the pain was minimal. If you need a root canal, definitely consider this practice. I hope I never need one again (damn you sugar!!!) but if I do, it'll be here!
