I'm surprised to see these other reviews as they represent very different experiences than ours. He came out to our house and we explained what we wanted, which was basically to rip out what was in front of our house (various bushes and a concrete stoop) and put in a raised patio, Eddington wall, and a landscaped slope down to the front yard. Mark looked at the area and made notes, came back another time to present a full plan and price with options, and we were off and running. Everything was done in a timely manner and I felt the price was excellent -- very fair and lower than several other proposals. We weren't sure exactly what kind of plantings we wanted on the slope, so Mark made several suggestions and explained the whys and how it would look in the end. All the beds were mulched and it still looks great today. I'm sorry others didn't have the same experience, but I recommend Greiner often.

We scheduled a time for the second half of March for him to visit. He arrived, super nice and gave us a quote. We trusted him, again super nice guy, and gave him a $1000 deposit and a plan to schedule a time the second half of May to complete the job. THEN.... HE DISAPPEARED!!! We text him numerous times, called him and heard NOTHING!! He never contacted us to schedule that May date. Finally, after texts, an email and voice mail, which were more blunt, on May 19, he finally called. He told us he would call us back later that day..... and of course he didn't. By now, we had zero trust or confidence in him and asked for our money back, which he did do. Not once did he apologize. NOT ONE TIME! No explanation, no remorse. I have no idea how anyone can stay in business by treating people so poorly and disrespectfully. Now, as it's the end of May, we've pretty much lost the window to do landscape modifications for this year. Thanks Mark, I really appreciate it!!
