Many professional companies offer price protection within 30 days of purchase, unfortunately this is not one. Its not so much the discount, its the manner in which Joel handled the conversation. Subsequently, I planned on another purchase in May 2025 for retail of almost $12,000 but now will find another company. The smug attitude of the owner and the lack of a reasonable price protection policy leads me to think "buyer beware". I have high doubts this company would stand behind its products if any issues arrive. I say, find another company. We as consumers need to make businesses honerable by shopping elsewhere.
