I specifically asked for a receipt needed to prove I complied with the carpet warranty cleaning requirements. I was informed that one would be emailed to me. I have never received one. I have email bombed and text bombed and left repeated voicemails begging for a receipt for my June service. It is now September 30 and I still haven't received any receipt for paid services. I have home security and watching it back and I was disgusted with the ethics behind the work . Took him 15 minutes per room and went over the whole carpet one time as if I were vacuuming before my wife came back home and I forgot to do as she asked lol but seriously . On top of that as the man walked in, he began to sell me on calling him on the side because he would do it for half price (off the record . ) We were so embarrassed as we had family visiting the next day , it was utterly the worst service I've ever seen or been provided. I worked for a place that did steam cleaning 15 years ago and was shocked at what the industry standard either is or how low budget this one was . Save yourself the time and heartache and go with another company, or do it yourself . I promise you the results from your own elbow grease will supersede this company by a mile.

We had them provide an estimate to paint window shutters on the outside of the house and decided to…read morego with them for the project. The estimate indicated that they would clean and prepare the surface of the shutters prior to painting and then paint. When I went outside to observe the work, I noticed that he was not preparing the surface prior to painting but simply applying the paint over the dirty shutters. When questioned, he indicated that he was taking a microfiber cloth and wiping the shutters prior to painting? That was not cleaning the surface at all! I anticipate that we will have to repaint the shutters again in 3-4 years due to his poor quality of work. When I informed the office manager of the dissatisfaction, she did refund 50% of the cost as compensation. I will be reluctant to call them in the future but options seem to be limited in the area.
