We got a bunch of small pours to share and enjoy. Byggvir B.A Chardonnay: An Imperial Saison from Brasserie Nautile aged for 24 months in Chardonnay. DIPA DDH - NECTARON / NELSON SAUVIN / MOSAIC: A Double Hazy IPA brewed by Popihn and Moersleutel Craft Brewery hopped with Nectaron, Nelson Sauvin, and Mosaic. MAZOUT [Russian Imperial Stout / Double Mash]: An Imperial Russian Stout brewed by Hoppy Road. LICHTENHAINER: A Lichtenhainer from Popihn. Not my style, but well executed. Bière Volcelest Triple: A Belgian Tripel from Brasserie Volcelest. POOL PARTY: A New England IPA from NUKA BREWING hopped with Citra, Ekuanot, and El Dorado Cryo.     Small but mighty beer bar! We had a couple of sours which were great and we overheard talks of the…read morecheese and charcuterie. I ended up asking for a recommendation of cheese to pair with the beer we had and received one piece of brillat savarin, one piece of buchette cendree, and some baguette. Both of these cheeses were delicious on their own and paired amazingly with the beer. Great experience and quality items available!
