He added dedicated outlets for our new garage door opener and replaced two exterior lights. In the house he hung three replacement ceiling fans including upgrading their brackets for safety and performance. He also replaced a GFI near our porch and added an additional GFI to support our porch lights. Finally, he replaced all of our kitchen lighting including two pendants, five ceiling can lights and added a dimmer. Throughout the project, Jay's communication was excellent, he was careful with keeping things clean, even using a magic eraser to touch up the ceiling in the kitchen. His pricing was fair, especially for the workmanship and time he invested. He added panel rings to improve the look since our old plaster doesn't have perfect cuts... always trying to ensure we were delighted. My AES Power meter pole ripped off of my house during a storm. Turns out the contractor that installed it years ago, did so incorrectly. The height, the materials, and the wall anchoring were not to the electric company's standards. So, it failed. Luckily, we did not lose power, or have the power line sparking on wood fences and cars. Tim, from IWE Electrical Service, came out and pointed out all the problems with the old install. Then, he corrected those problems in the way a licensed electrician should.

I come here to tell two experiences I had with this contract…read more I got a new home from Ryan Home in 2023 new construction and this contract did install my inwall Ethernet port per Ryan home requests. First time they installed telephone wires but not Ethernet cables. Then we found the issue and asked Ryan home to fix it. They fixed it but left the Ethernet cables in basement untouched without a connector. I had to pay a Spetrum network technician to cut connectors for us in 2023. I didn't notice this company was my new home contract until 08/2026. The second experience is that I doubt my inwall network cable or endpoint was not working properly. I asked them to come for a look and see if it still within warranty. Someone said it should be within warranty. They came and fixed the endpoints which are good. They charged 250$ for finding the cable and cutting the endpoint! What a ridiculous price! They took away my own crimping tool by accident and left over a box. It's just too ridiculous if I hadn't just checked by myself. That could explain what happened in 2023 when the same mistakes were made while I wasn't at home checking. How can the team be trustworthy if something similar happened once again??? This company to me is just always making mistakes. You paid money to not get a good quality service as expected. It's a hell quality. We always want to support local business but this local business is just garbage IMO. Don't deal with this company or you will have mess to deal with.
