I was impressed in how observant she was to my progress and carefully paced my program. I was being treated for Vestibular trauma. Who knew there was treatment for dizziness/vertigo symptoms? I went in to therapy hopeful but skeptical. I couldn't believe how much better I felt early on in my treatment. Bridget was so caring and it is obvious she knows her stuff! What I also enjoyed was that she thoroughly explained every task and treatment along with the ultimate goal. She would even say "studies have shown...", which I appreciated! I cannot say enough about my experience at Kessler. While I did not work directly with the other therapists, my interactions with them were always positive. In doing so, she banned me from lifting weights and challenging exercises which led to my physical deterioration and melted the majority of my muscles from my legs to hips. I came to Dani with knee pain and extreme hip pain. We are at our three month mark, and I am lifting weights, jogging, jumping, etc. I still have some knee pain every other day but its a process. I would definitely recommend them. They are attentive, follow up, and gradually keep up with your exercise plan. Their goal is to improve your every day life and damn, they surely achieve that. He helped me with alignment issues and improved them so much that I no longer need orthotics when running or playing tennis. Joe is technically knowledgeable and is operating at a higher level than most PTs I've worked with. He's also super fun to hang out with. Staff at Parabolic is very nice and responsive. By the time that I walked into Ascend Physical Therapy in early July I had significant limited mobility and discomfort. Lisa, the Physical Therapist and Patti, her assistant are miracle workers! They work in tandem like a finely oiled machine while also demonstrating compassion. Each appointment they ask how you are feeling and I had a sense that they were really listening. I was discharged today with a youthful pep in my step. I have sincere appreciation for their dedication, knowledge and compassion. The facility itself is clean and modern. There's off-street parking as well, which is always a plus in Montclair! Highly recommend.

I then proceeded to break my elbow and once again Lisa got my arm back to normal rotation.. But today Lisa helped me beyond her incredible pt talents. I am facing foot surgery and she gave me advice to call my surgeon to start scheduling now if I wanted the surgery at the end of the month and not to wait until my appointment. She was correct. Dr is now making the necessary plans. Lisa also made me aware of equipment I will need during my two month recuperation in a non walking cast. Ues, Ascend is a full service therapy business. And I haven't even discussed Patty. She gets all insurance forms submitted, makes sure my appointments are made and calls when new appointment spots open up that might be more convenient for my schedule. She is also the friendly face I need when my life is taking turns that I am not expecting. There is no place better for your therapy needs.

I found that interesting because that's exactly how I felt when meeting them both. There is a humanity and the culture in the office that transcends manners or protocol. It's real.

She was redirected to another center and after that it was a free-for-all. I had constant changes in my therapist, often people who were assistants and not real therapist, and then they decided when they were through giving me physical therapy not my doctor. The workers seemed bored with their work but not each other. As a result eight months later, almost 9 I'm having to get a private Ph.d therapist. Too sick to question their lack of caring, I'm very disappointed with Professional Physical Therapy. All the right equipment, no continuity in my case. I would say that they better clean up their act and assign one therapist to one patient. It appears that they're trying to do too many things at one time which did not give continuity to me and as a result, I'm stuck with a stiff knee several months later. My doctor should have made the decision to release me. PS: not all the therapist seem happy, but seem to like to get around with each other more than Pay attention to the continuity for the patient. I'm very disappointed with this facility. Maira my first 3 weeks was terrific.

I notice such a huge difference in my overall life performance when I'm consistent with adjustments vs. when I'm not. My aches, pains, and past injuries virtually disappear after an adjustment. Everything just flows better when I'm getting adjusted regularly--mentally, physically, energetically. I have been very fortunate to work with a lot of great chiropractors over the years and I have to say that Dr. Magwood and Dr. Keller are some of the best I've ever come across.
