From my very first interaction with Pediatric Potentials, I knew they would be the right provider for us. The director of the practice responded to my inquiry within 24 hours, and even called me back after business hours to discuss our availability and figure out the best appt times. She worked around our hectic work schedules and paired us with Melissa. Working with Melissa has been nothing short of life changing! Our daughter immediately warmed to her, and our sessions were challenging, but always positive. I am so grateful that Melissa was able to create a supporting and fun environment for our daughter, while also pushing her physically to overcome her challenges. Melissa also provided counsel and advice for us on how to advocate for our daughter with our Orthopedist so we could get to the best outcome.
