By far, the worst company I have ever dealt with. Purchased a pre-owned Loyd Chiropractic table. They were suppose to have it delivered within 2-3 weeks, it ended up being almost 6 weeks later. I received a defective table, the company said that they will replace the parts that are faulty, a tech came over and played around with it for an hour and nothing was really changed, they have a 3 month warranty which is useless. The headpiece was installed incorrectly and they blamed the manufacturer for that. We asked for it to be replaced, it has now been almost 3 months and they still have not replaced it, making excuses every time. If you don't chase them and contact them, they will not bother to follow up to make things right. Long story short, if you have busy practice, avoid this place completely. read more

We have found the entire staff to be professional, competent and friendly. We have had no negative issues. Their prices are reasonable and they are our 1st choice for Chiropractic equipment and supplies.
