When I went in they told us this is what is covered and told us an amount that needed to be paid before they will pull the teeth, the insurance will pay the rest. A month are so later i get a bill saying I owe them everything. I called my insurance and they told me that it was coded wrong. so i called this company an they said they aren't going to rebill them that i just need to pay. this was there mistake an they don't want to help in any way. If you have insurance and want to use this company just be aware they aren't helpful and truthful people to deal with. They will lie to get you in the door but will not help after that.

I was repeatedly contacted nearly two weeks before my scheduled appointment to confirm, which felt excessive and unnecessary--especially considering their own policy only requires 48 hours' notice for cancellations. Despite confirming and asking for the calls to stop, the repeated contact continued and became intrusive. I specifically requested--twice--that the dentist call me directly so I could discuss the situation. I never received a call back, yet the confirmation calls from staff continued. That lack of communication and respect for my request was disappointing. In the end, I canceled my appointment within their 48-hour policy and have decided not to return. Patients deserve to feel respected, not pressured or harassed over an appointment that is still weeks away. I hope the office takes a closer look at how they handle patient communication moving forward.
