If you are looking for an attorney that will communicate with you, stay away from Kevin Moser!! He doesn't answer calls or messages in a timely manner, if at all. Then we found out he wasn't filing papers like he was supposed to! He almost caused real problems for us, luckily we found out in time, we fired him and hired a new lawyer!! Mr.Moser meets with you at the courthouse, about 5 minutes before court is to start, but looks at you like you're crazy for thinking he would talk to you before court starts!! DO NOT HIRE. I hired Kevin Moser for a criminal case I was involved in. He was very adamant about how well he'd be able to handle my case before he was handed the money. Afterwards, let's just say he was completely uninterested and took over a week to return a phone call. He was 45 minutes late to my sentencing hearing, which had the judge irate. He then asked for a 2 week continuance in which the judge DENIED. He had not even attempted to negotiate a plea with the prosecutor beforehand. So what did I pay for?! The prosecutor ended up offering me a deal in the courtroom, which I either had to take or plea open in the court to the judge completely unprepared. I ended up taking the plea, getting lucky the prosecutor even offered me one and spending time in jail. THIS GUY IS A JOKE. read more
