Jessica was referred to me by her colleague at Century 21 and was the first agent to reach out. I'm so glad for this bit of luck! Also, this initial correspondence, with Jessica being prompt and taking action is what you can expect of her in your real estate dealings. I'll spare you the minutia but we went through two months of bids, bad inspections and more with Jessica. She always led us through situations with an understanding and patient manner. She was never pushy but she was appropriately leading when her knowledge lent to the situation. Keep in mind that I was in the late stages of pregnancy or with a newborn through this process. I was difficult to deal with to say the least. This place is made cheap, walls are paper thin, I can hear my loud obnoxious neighborhoods and…read moreeverything they do. They have broken three if my wine glasses due to the kids jumping and running. The dad yells and curses at everyone. Management allows the maintenance man who is my neighborhood do what he wants that is against the lease. Has a bedroom in his garage, parties in the parking lot until 2:30 am after the 11:00 pm quiet time. Allowes his family to threaten me, run my daughter off the road. When I am told to report things to a nuisance number that they will do something. Nothing happens the management pics an chooses who they want to assist. The supposed fates community we are to live in the gates are always open for months at a time. Maintenance is allowed to come in unannounced you could be getting out of the shower abd they dont care. I have mold growing along my cabinets and in them, in my vents, blinds and now my rug management tried to tell me that the mold was due to dust.. They are so stupid they use any little thing if they dont like you to try to evict you. The courts here are on the Landlords side no point in fighting it.
