Geico, the overall company, I am a little leary of. If you crash, It's called an accident, not an on purpose. So be sure to know exactly what you are signing up for and what your policy entails. Something like Car rental coverage is an option. Choose it or not, you're going to want that if you happen to have an accident, even if its not your fault. Geico will not cover car rentals without it... Stay away from the roadside assistance. 10-15 years ago I had it and when I was looking for different insurance, other places said I had a lot of driving "incidents" on my record. Found out these "incidents" were my roadside assistance calls like flat tire or locking my keys in the car. That was Geico the company, not this office. A clean driving record will get you a great rate here! I like that they don't punish the good driver's. As with any accident, your rates will go up. Also Other insurance companies bundle the good and bad driver's of an area to determine rates and come up with an average so you pay more because your neighbor is a bad driver lol. They also offer other types of insurance Like home and renters insurance. They also give bundle discounts! Even after you sign up, get the app, read over your policy and make adjustments as needed. Sometimes they offer so many options that it can be overwhelming. Whether you like the company or not, this office is great! Let them help your fight for amazing low rates and all of your insurance needs!

The people that work in the individual offices are knowledgeable and friendly. My…read morename is Laura Fondeur I have spent the entire month requesting for AAA to terminate all of my P&C AAA and CSAA appointments in the states DE, WV, SD, CT, and PA. I was told to email agentservices@csaa.com and I have been. Several times a day every day. I needed these appointments terminated so that I could start a new job. The job was suppose to start on the 20th and had to be pushed back to the 3rd because of AAA. I was a broker and every other company that I've sold for (20+ companies) terminated my appointments except for AAA. I received an email saying this was done in back in 2022 but it's not true. I'm still showing appointed in the NIPR. I even provided screenshots as proof. This is hindering my opportunity to move forward with a new job prospect. CSAA is the only company that has not completed this request of a list of about 20 different companies in different states that I was appointed in when I was a broker. AAA is now causing problems for me. I haven't worked for AAA since 2022 there's no reason why I should still be appointed in these states with AAA. This lack of action is keeping a single mom from employment. I've made over 15+ attempts at getting this done and all I get is lies, run around, or ignored. Next step is uploading these emails requests and replies to the media either social or local news where it clearly shows how many attempts it takes for AAA insurance to complete a task. If that's how you treat your former agents I don't want to know how you treat your customers.
