I strongly advise that people be aware that you may have a lapse of insurance due to their negligence and lack of care. Our office is strongly considering filing suit against Grant Smith's office. We have to pay for a whole month of coverage when we didn't even have actual coverage now. The hilarious part about all of this is that Granr Smith had a poor attitude and raised his voice at me and my staff. He had a bad attitude to his own customer and his own customer had to request that he not raise his voice and he actually listen. Poor customer service. Just another company trying to swindle customers.
