evin Laine is a horrible attorney. He deserves a lower rating than what is available on this site. He told the clients father that his son was a big cry baby! This was after the NUMEROUS UNRETURNED calls placed to him. When we did finally get him on the phone he always said I don't have time to talk to you about this case and would hang up. We could never get any information from him about anything going on. Yes, we did have permission from the client to speak on his behalf also. Kevin Paine is a worthless piece of shit attorney who doesn't deserve to be in that profession. I have worked for attorneys myself for years and have never encountered one quite as useless as him before! He also have us incorrect informarion.the said that the judge awarded a reduced sentence based on "good time". This,is incorrect, the sentence was reduced for time served who h is different. He said the client was to be released any day now but instead we find out that he still has 10 mts left to serve. I called to try and clarify this just now,and he,answered the phone, said I don't have time to talk to you about this and I want y'all to stop calling me and then hung up in my face. Kevin Laine I referred to several People and Family. He did a wonderful job representing a Family member that was facing up to 99 years in front of hard judge. He also was going through losing his Father. I can recall because my Family showed that God is in Control snd he Believed it. Mr. Laine gave us the Good Bad and Ugly side to the out come. He ended up with Probation and served 2 years on 10 years. Mr. Laine helped him get off Probation. I had a recent Family member where Judge wanted jail time to conviction and Probation. Family member ended up with 2 years Deferred Adjudicated Probation. Not too mention a few more I can remember. One thing you remember he is a Lawyer and the expert with given the right tools to work any case.
