When he walked into our apartment, he immediately started sharing his thoughts on the approach he would take. No detail was left undiscussed and it was a very thoughtful assessment with an honest and competitive estimate. He was clearly passionate about the project and he made us feel very comfortable from the beginning to the end of the process, which was a little over a week including the estimate and scheduling three days for prep work, painting and clean up. We met him on the final day of the project and he walked us through our apartment pointing out all the details, it looked great. He even pointed out a non painting related item he noticed and recommended that we should address to keep the apartment free of potential future damage, further indicating to us that he truly cares about helping his customers make their homes beautiful and keeping them safe. He recommended and integrated an unaffiliated flooring company that completely botched their job and literally left bubbles on our floor. After assuring me he was on our side and would help pursue a refund, he went completely dark, just like the flooring company. He also was a no show on his follow up "touch up day" and went radio silent thereafter.
