Jordan came out and did the SAME service as in years past, was here for roughly TWO hours. Henry's billed me for SIX hours and $588.00. I called twice to inquire about the bill. Today I was told that the company, Montgomery Webb, no longer exists and these are the new rates. Needless to say, that relationship no longer exists.

The receptionist told me she wasn't sure it was "legal" for her to tell me who the owner is but would have someone call me back. In my experience BNG is not a company who keeps their promises or stands behind their work. I am not a difficult customer. I have waited a year for resolution. I am a businessman who understands that when sometimes a job is not completed correctly the true measure of a company is how do they respond to affect a resolution.
