I was sold a set of furniture being told it was thick grain leather and it was not because my dog scratched it and that's when I found out it was paper thin leather. Around 5-6 weeks later, after speaking to the case manager assigned to my case, Cheyenne, she was no help and very rude and quiet frankly , she doesn't back her own colleagues and she flat out refuses to even try to help the customer who was lied to about the first set of furniture. The manager at the Odessa store, stepped in to help me as that is the store I bought my furniture. She was very professional and understanding to her customers. No wonder she is the general manager of the store. She took back the old furniture and showed me the correct set that asked for in the beginning. Fast forward to today, my new furniture arrived and the guys who delivered the furniture, could not have been any nicer !!!
