I go into the bank one or two times a month, and today as I approached the counter, it was so welcoming when the teller I approached said, "Hello Frances." After the nice greeting, I asked her name. She replied Victoria. She is one of several well trained tellers at this location. Victoria is efficient and a pleasure to interact with. She has great interpersonal skills. I have noticed that she trains other tellers, and I understand why. Michele is the manager of this location. She has handled banking transactions for us on several occasions ranging from Security Boxes, power of attorney changes to notarizing documents.
