They were extremely responsive and informative and over email explained the pricing and process and were very open to what I wanted the final product to look like. I dropped the hoodie off on a Tuesday, and told it would be finished by Friday-- it was done the next day! They were very nice and patient even when I wanted to change thread colors around. And it's exactly what I pictured! My boyfriend loooooves it! And Cow and Chunks do too! Super super happy with Monogram It and will be using them again and recommending them to everyone!
