The food is excellent, the service very friendly and the décor pleasantly calm. There were five of us and we spent under 30 Euro per head, we all had starters, main courses, white wine, water and three of us had desserts. We are definitely going to be regulars! I have tested the salad with feta, the grilled vegetables, and of course the dürüm with salat komplet with yoghurt sauce a detail the red sauce is quite sharp, so mind your tongue is you choose it (especially if you ask for extra chilli powder) ! I put only 4 stars just because the place is really little in case you want to eat there Better to take away and eat at home. But I'll recommend in any case !

The menu is very meat orientated, particularly Pork. I had a delicious cheese soup to start followed by a main course consisting of three kinds of pork sausage and a processed gammon steak. This was served with a dumpling the size of a tennis ball and hot sauerkraut. I was a bit wary of the sauerkraut, but it wasn't the cold, pickled kind, but rather hot and freshly cooked. I quite enjoyed it. Service was fantastic and we had some delicious Paulaner Pilsner draught beer. Very comfortable environment to pass a couple of hours. I hope to return, possibly in the summer to enjoy the outdoor seating with a delicious cold beer.

For 18€ there's an endless option all you can Buffett - from simple salads to many grill options, you can make a mix grilled diy plate (choose from seafood, fish, beef, lamb, chicken and even kangaroo!) or you can take some from the rodizio grill. And if that's not enough there are plenty of other main dishes- I've tried a little from almost everything, curry, different Chinese dishes, fried rice, regular rice, soups and deep fried fruits. I went there on a weekday evening. There day had been hot, and getting a cool drink was very pleasant. A piece of bread and olives were complimentary. The restaurant was not too busy, but many patrons were enjoying the outdoor seats. The menu was in German only, and the staff had very limited English (I searched their menu on their website beforehand and Google translated everything, so it was not a problem). I ordered one of the "Old Berlin" dishes, veal schnitzel with vegetables (Kalbsschnitzel "Gärtnerin"), which came fairly quickly, piping hot. The schnitzel was thin, fairly tender, with a pleasantly gritty and fine crumb. The meat was well seasoned and delicious with the potatoes. The vegetables were simply prepared (steamed, salt, oil), perhaps from a frozen mix. A good and filling dish, in a great neighbourhood restaurant deserving of loyalty.
