Flynn and his "law office" violated Federal Trade Commission(FTC) law and therefore my review is allowed. I was recommended Kevin P. Flynn and his "law office" by someone who obviously hated me. Choosing Kevin P. Flynn and his "law office" was nothing short of the biggest mistake of my life. After two years of Kevin P. Flynn telling me "we will get out date in court," Kevin turned on me and attacked me as his client. In short I have a daughter in Germany I have not been allowed to see in 8 years of her existence. Kevin P. Flynn and his "law office" told me that my case is clear alienation. Kevin P. Flynn said it would take about $2,000 to fight my case. I ended up paying Kevin P. Flynn and his "law office" over $8,000 with a remaining balance of over $10,0000. Over the two years of my case my attorney, Kevin P. Flynn, never advised me on any actions to take in order to see my daughter or help my case. Over the two years of working with Kevin P. Flynn and his "law office," I was told, "we will get our date in court, just be patient and the time will come." Well that day came. We were scheduled for trial and my "lawyer" proceeds to not only blind side me but personally attack me. I was told I did nothing to help myself over the past two years. I was persuaded to drop my alienation case and ended up without getting my day in court. After two years of Kevin P Flynn and his "law office," I got no justice. No assistance in seeing my child. NOTHING. If you want a "lawyer" who acts like he is in court when you call. If you want a "lawyer" who does not update you on your court case. If you want a "lawyer" who does not return your phone calls. If you want a "lawyer" who is sexist like the family court system and does nothing to benefit his Male clients. If you want a "lawyer" who does not advise you. If you want a "lawyer" who blames you for his inability to fight for you. If you want a "lawyer" who bails on you the day of trail..... Kevin P. Flynn and his law office are for you. After Kevin P. Flynn and his "law office" abandoned me, we proceeded to negotiate. I originally asked Kevin P. Flynn for $3,600 to be returned to me. He said "he wasnt going to pay me anything." I proceeded to tell Kevin P Flynn that I would accept $3,000. He told me no. At this point I was so frustrated I decided I needed nothing from him to sign him off as my lawyer. Then I got to thinking. He had to defend further even if he didn't want to. I proceeded to email Kevin P Flynn and tell him I wanted $5,000 or I was going to email the ABA, BBB and any other organization I could make formal complaints to. Kevin reluctantly agreed to return $5,000 to me. In the process of our agreement Kevin and his coworker Matthew came up with a contract. In this contact Kevin P Flynn and his "law office" made an illegal request. Kevin P Flynn and his "law office" included a provision that would prohibit fair and honest reviews of my interaction with him. Under the Fair Consumer review act, no one can be requested to or punished for, posting fair and honest reviews. Kevin P Flynn and his "law office" have been reported to the NYS attorney general and the FTC. You would think a lawyer would be knowledgeable of laws. Then again, it's the "Law office of Kevin P. Flynn" so who knows. Under this law and investigation by the FTC it is confirmed that Kevin P Flynn and his "law office," did indeed make an illegal request. So my review is back in Hopes to warn and assist other in making a crucial decision when looking for an attorney. Kevin P. Flynn agreed to return $5,000 to me. Nothing short of ripping me off. He wasted two years of my life. Made me look like a fool in court. And did nothing to assist or advise me in my case but instead cost me two years and thousands of dollars. Not to mention the stress his office caused by failing to keep me updated on MY court case. Attached is a picture of my contract with Kevin which clearly shows he violated the Fair Consumer review act. Kevin P Flynn, his wife Kelly and their law office is nothing short of an office full of crooks. Please choose your lawyers wisely especially on family court as a man. UPDATE: It has come to my attention that the law office of Kevin p flynn has also done work and submitted paperwork on my behalf to the courts AFTER I asked him not to multiple times. He did this with the knowledge and I'll intent that my case was ignored abandoned and now closed. I will be making a complaint to the NYS bar association today.
