My feet got soaked in a simple stainless steel bowl on a towel on the floor and then I had to put my feet up on the knees of the technician sitting in front of me. That was uncomfortable for me and undoubtably was uncomfortable for the technician. Quite an un-relaxing experience for pedi. The gel nails I had put on haven't lasted well - one partially chipped off a few hours after getting them done and the pedi was mediocre at best for the cost $60 (which didn't included any heel scrubbing or massage). The staff were pleasant but the atmosphere & facilities did not meet up to my expectations from how they advertise themselves as a high end, spa like, top quality establishment. I feel that the salon is quite over priced at $135 for a very basic no frills pedi & gel mani.

She is extremely knowledgeable about her craft and provided me with some education that I will take home with me.
