Read each service and decide what you want. I drove up, the guy asked what service I wanted, I told him, he charged my card, told me to put my car in neutral, and in the tunnel I went. Pretty straightforward. I think I paid $12 and all the bugs on the front of my car were gone. They did a great job of scrubbing the front end of my vehicle. She came out looking beautiful. There are vacuum cleaners as well as cloths to dry your vehicle available for a fee. Self-Servce: The instructions are listed in steps right next to the payment machine. You can pay by credit card (which I recommend) or pay by quarters. If you do not have quarters there IS a change machine available. There are PLENTY of signs nearby to provide instructions. I usually wash my car with another person in order to be more efficient. DO NOT USE THE BRUSH AND WASHER AT THE SAME TIME. There are plenty of signs in the area about this. The location of this car wash is great and the prices are fair for the service provided. I for sure will keep coming back! I just don't know how to fulfill my check-in offer from yelp for a free air freshener - No one is ever in the office, but that's not really important.

You will watch your credit card charge run up and up as you frantically attempt to call the service number, which will prove to be a complete waste of time. You will then feel stuck in the bay, unable to leave as anyone would be able to pull in and use the base while your credit card is being charged. My solution was to call the credit card company and file a charge dispute.

My husband set to putting on the spare and there was too much damage to the lugs and we needed new ones. It was more than my husband could do on the fly, so we called our road side assistance through Nationwide. They only handle basic tire changes so we had to find someone to do it ourselves (thanks Nationwide!!!). It was after 5pm when we realized that, and most places were closed. I went into the Sheetz to talk to Tif the Manager to tell her what was going on and if it were ok that we stay there until we get help. She was so gracious and understanding and made us feel safe that we could be there as long as we needed. She gave us fountain drink coupons and let us come in and sit in the dining area to get out of the heat (there was a heat wave going on). We had dinner there (which was quite yummy) and freshened up in the very clean bathroom. An employee named Max was also there to assist us and she was very nice also. Luckily we were only two hours from home and our auto tech son and some friends came to rescue us. So, we were there about 6 hours. Knowing that we had a safe place to stay until we found help made the ordeal so much easier to deal with. Thank you Tif and Max AND Sheetz for hiring such good people!! We appreciate the help you gave us. We go to the sheetz in VA where we live all the time and wherever we are when we travel. We always find friendly employees, good food, and clean bathrooms.

I came from far away to use these guys based on a recommendation so I stayed in their super nice waiting room the entire 7 hours it took them to do the Silver Package detail. In their waiting room they have a huge screen TV, coffee/tea machine, wifi and very comfy sofas. The bathrooms were super clean too! :) All I can say is that i never, ever expected the wait to be so pleasant (got a lot of work done in the peace and quiet of their waiting room... bring a lap desk... works great) and the job they did on my car so fantastic. The leather looked like new, the inside was SPOTLESS!!!, the carpets were steamed clean and the paint and chrome shined like glass. I cannot recommend them enough! Would make a GREAT gift certificate for someone. Drive slowly on 5th ave as they're tucked in a bit and are hard to see on the right if you're heading North on 5th. One more thing... if you're thinking of selling your car, their detail job will probably help you get more money for your vehicle as it will look as good as it can when they're done with it.
