Emma Harelson helped me understand the rates and fees in comparison, helped with opening the new the account, and to also open a Money Market account. She answered every question with knowledge and a smile. After my in person visit I had a couple more questions I asked via e-mail and again, Emma was quick and efficient in her response. She also followed up a couple weeks later with a phone call and while we were talking solved another issue so I didn't have to make an in office visit. Great personal service is becoming rarer and rarer these days but SSFCU, and Emma especially, are a consistent reminder it still exits.

Have been going to this specific branch for 5 years now, since we moved up here to Loveland/Johnstown area. I lived downtown Denver for several years and was used to the main branch on 17th street, loved it there! This branch in Loveland maintains Chase high quality services and I wasn't disappointed. Always quick and easy, whatever I need, they never failed to deliver. Parking is abundant but a bit awkward, it's across the street but understandable as Loveland downtown area is quite small. I'd go out of my way to drive to this branch if I ever needed to visit Chase.

This bank has very similar high service standards to other local chase locations. The location is a…read morebit odd/hard to get to your first time there, as the parking is next to and across the street from a bit-so-obvious entrance. I visited for assistance from a notary who was very kind and helpful. The location is large inside and staff were quick to direct me to the person who could help me.
