They rarely fixed things, there was always dog poop in the back area so my kids couldn't play outside. They are built on concrete with cheap laminate flooring that is hard as stone and my kids would get hurt on the floor, even with a rug. They were drafty. These are just the tip of the iceberg with issues we had while living there. Additionally, they would not let us out early on the lease (2 months early because we bought a house), even after 7 years living there and never once being late on rent, now they are offering two months free. Believe me, you would be much better off somewhere else. There is a reason there are multiple units empty now. They even came EARLY to change the locks on the unit we were still renting (we had moved out but had a couple things still in the garage). We were still paying rent and utilities and they had changed the locks!!!!!

Brian's promptness in communication is impressive. If he was not able to answer my text/call, he sent a message telling me at what time he would be able to chat. He took 3 hours conducting the property inspection himself. Then, he gave me an after-inspection tour, took time explaining every issues, minor or severe, while walking through the entire property. The Inspection Report is comprehensive with photos and descriptions. I plan to print out the Report, put it into a binder, and treat it as THE BIBLE for future repairs and maintenance of the property. Other than Brian is professional and communicative, one little thing impressed me immensely. When I entered the property for the after-inspection tour, I noticed Brian was wearing a pair of slippers. His shoes were next to the entrance door on top of a blanket which he took with him to the site. The little thing actually demonstrates the quality of his service. I am the buyer, not the property seller. But, nonetheless, I appreciate this thoughtfulness, that he treats other people's properties with respect.

Our home was built in 1991 and the windows were completely rotten less than ten years later (Jeld-Wen - think they went bankrupt but may be out ther again). I searched every available window company and couldn't believe the offering that K&W offered. We chose WeatherShield mainly since it was so rare to be able to pick the wood type of the windows - no pine, the wood is just too soft. We replaced all of our windows with K&W and we love having windows the are a complete match to all or our trim. A few years later we added an addition. This time we didn't have to do research, we knew exactly where to go and the windows to use. I'm going to tell you that they are busy but when you are with Tim Lund or Doug Metz from K&W, you are all they are thinking about. My advice to anyone is don't make a decision until you have seen what K&W can offer. I think you will be much more impressed that the "one-company" window offerings. Go see all that they offer, then make the decision this is right for you. They will show you everything and even show you the competitor's products. We also purchased solid core panel doors and new hardware but the experience was the same. I hope this helps you.
