I was told by Bailey that I should be getting a nice portion of my past taxes back, due to some federal guidelines. They said they were happy to work with me. So I gave them their retainer, They worked feverishly at first, but couldn't get anyone from the federal IRS TO RESPOND. The only thing at the end was to recover some penalties. It Took so long, (6 months) to get back money that the IRS charged me for penalties I paid in the past. It carried on for so long, that they said I needed to pay them more money, because of the extra time they put in. I said, it wasn't my fault that they couldn't get the project done. The main amount of the project wasn't taken care of, then the project was cancelled and was filed as incomplete. Bottom line after all was said and done, I got a call stating the IRS said, there is nothing they WANT TO DO, because the taxes were already paid. so, because careful for what you are told and investigate it, before you plunge head first as I did.
