We found good quality pencils, markers, crayons, notebooks, erasers, glue sticks, folders and all other the things we were looking for. The store is huge. Other than back to school items, they have so many more things related to home and office needs. Some to mention are printing supplies, office chairs, bags, smart home tech, monitors, landline phones. They do photo passport, printing, copy, shipping and reruns. Staples will accept returned items purchased from Amazon. After you fill out the required information on the Amazon App, you will receive a return QR code and you can bring back the item in its original box. Packaging material and printed postage labels are not needed. This feature makes it easy to return items. The only slight disadvantage is navigating to the Online Return line. The front end has multiple lines and I wasn't sure which line to choose because the Amazon Returns Drop-Off signs were on the floor; I didn't notice this until after the fact. I would recommend re-locating the Amazon signs somewhere that is eye level.
