When I first moved in, my door had an old, outdated lock and knob that never worked properly. I later had someone replace it with a new lock pad, but that one wasn't functioning correctly either. At that point, I reached out to Gary, and I'm so glad I did. He didn't try to do a temporary fix...he replaced the whole thing properly and even adjusted the door so it closes better than it ever did before. Everything works perfectly now. So I went to Jack's Lock & Key and told them I didn't have an original key and they said no problem. They made my copies and it all keys duplicated worked!! So happy ! Staff is very friendly.
