Disappointing...sign posted along the road and parking lot says the lobby is open. However, the hand scribbled sign on the door stand that the lobby was only open for Door Dash and mobile orders. What's the deal? First...take down the misleading signs. Second...doesn't anyone know how to make a computer sign? The sign was so sloppy and illegible, it looked like a 1st grader wrote it. Yuck!!!! Went here a while back with my wife and her son. All three of us got the buffet. It looked okay but some of the food tasted old. So we ate what we could and later left. later that night all three of us got sick and it was from the buffet! My wife contacted the manager who was of not much help, so she called the district manager. We got our money back, but i know one thing, ill never eat here again. Plus they tend to run out of food. Sometimes I think about driving to another town to get my Famous KFC Bowl because these guys in Auburn just cannot get it right. ALWAYS ask for extra GRAVY cause they seem to forget it unless I ask for an extra side then they load my bowl with gravy and give me extra they also forget many things in your mean so check before you leave! read more

Well, I'll not be going back to Auburn KFC ever again.. The pricks basically stole my money.. Last time I was there I received less than half of my $35 order.. Seeing how I live 20 minutes away from there, I called when I noticed most was missing.. Was told a number and specifically asked if they needed a name or if I needed a receipt when I came back to get the other half of my order.. The girl said "nope, I wrote the number and what you are missing in the book, just tell them the number and you will be compensated".. Go there just now and was told that if my name isn't in the book or I don't have my receipt then they can do nothing.. Yes this is a chain restaurant, which I don't like writing reviews for... but this location has really gone down hill lately. I don't recommend splurging on a family meal as we did today.
