Pulled back into the establishment to let the employees know that we did not receive our biscuits and gravy or our silverware and we were going to ask if we can have a different biscuit instead because we didn't receive our first ones. The employee proceeded to go get the manager the manager came out, accuse us of receiving our two biscuits and she told us that twice in which we did not receive our biscuits and it was very unprofessional very rude. She definitely does not know how to manage a store or talk to her customers. She acted as if we were stealing her money and stealing the biscuits in which we did not receive it was very rude very disgusting if I'm being honest because she was also rude to her employees also, while they were trying to fix the food, I believe some of them were in training. She even insisted on playing the camera footage back because she was so sure she gave us our biscuits. She even suggested us pay for the new biscuits we wanted which is crazy because we never received our original biscuits and gravy.
