I was extremely impressed that the cuties from King Of The Wings flew all the way around the world to Buffalo to take part in the Wing Festival. I hope they liked Buffalo. Talking to them was a real pleasure, but the shocker was that their wings, and crazy sauces, were actually better than a lot of the Buffalo places. The wings were actually hot (well done) and the sauces - especially the crazy fluorescent radioactive bright orange one - were tasty, if a little different from what I'm used to. Based on other reviews, it seems the owners are quite arrogant and often respond to negative feedback with what feels like a bribe. The large number of suspiciously positive reviews from those fake accounts suggests something is off, which is quite disappointing. As for the food, it was alright, though some wings were a bit too small. The "American BBQ" flavor was a bit watery and could have been cooked longer. I also found a hair in my wings, which was annoying, but I'm not one to make a fuss. Overall, I would probably give this place 1 star due to the poor environment and the attitude of the owners, though i will give it a two for the Bee sting wings. :(

Both times I've been for a Saturday lunch, we've booked to save us a table. The place fills up quickly, so if you have more than 2 people, I would definitely suggest booking ahead of time. The BBQ ribs are so juicy and covered in sauce, and the Buffalo wings pack a punch with the original spicy sauce. Dip the wings in the blue cheese dipping sauce to cool your mouth. They have a wide variety of different flavoured Coke, Dr Pepper and Fanta - flavours you don't usually get in Australia. Cherry Dr Pepper tastes like sugary baby Panadol, but I love it! For a serious feed you can either go with one of the Hoagies - a sandwich on a long, Sub roll - or a burger "All The Way". That means everything including onions. There's cheeseburgers, chicken burgers and hamburgers, as well as Hot Dogs. Unfortunately, during my last visit they didn't have any Pie for sale, but quite often they will be selling a Pumpkin, Cherry or Pecan pie by the slice. I did manage to place an order for a Pumpkin pie to take home for Christmas. $30 for a whole sweet pie - traditional American style Pumpkin pie!

Oh woooh wwooooh woooh for the longest time…read more... I have waited for the best rib joint in Brisbane. Ribs done the American way, meaty on the bone, tender oh so tasty, homemade BBQ sauce. You definetely need to book before you head here, I've tried going there off the cuff and no sir. They just don't have the space for stragglers. Probably a good thing, I had my tracksuit pants on. The onion rings are to die for melt in your mouth orgasmic, I can't even write a sentence there that makes sense because it's making my drool just thinking about it. The beef ribs, forget about it. You can't get any better. They are tender, and sauced with that homemade BBQ sauce, you just die. The buffalo wings... very spicy... thank god I got the mild ones, even they were a bit kick you in the guts peppery. My husband ordered the hot ones... yeah, I can handle it. Yeah right. There was no more ice in the ice bucket. So if you want ribs done the right way and want to try your hand in the American Buffalo Wings experience, this is where you need to be.
