Everything possible this is the worst service I've ever experienced 45 minutes for some food this is absurd and no one attending to the front. I ordered through the drive thru and was told the food would be out in a few minutes sat in the lot for 25 minutes, went inside another 20 minutes and everytime I ask it's 2 minutes. They need to close down, revamp and try again or don't take on more than they can handle, 5 persons on hand and couldn't up hold the fast food standard of I wanted to wait 45 minutes some chicken I could've went home but on a road trip starving this is by far my worst experience. read more

I am just so happy that plant-based options are now available even at mainstream fast food joints and at KFC of all places that have long been known for their chicken. The burger it was pretty good. Satisfied at least. Their wrapping paper was also neutral and did not product a meat product. read more

I've been craving KFC for the longest time (years) but have been afraid to order it, from all the bad reviews I've seen online but the craving was so real, I just finally had to give in... (This review is for an Online Order) I ordered directly on the KFCdelivery site. I got the 12 piece bucket deal and it came with 2 sides of choice, I got Macaroni salad and the KFC House salad and it also comes with Fries and Gravy. The chicken was Delicious and they gave it to me well cooked and crispy and not as greasy, as I assumed / expected.. long story short it was DELICIOUS and exceeded my expectations.. I'm so happy I gave this place a try, hopefully they are consistent and remain the same because I will more than likely order again. I recommend this KFC lol read more

Spent $40. for some nasty over greased chicken. The grease was literally dripping off the chicken and the bottom of the bucket had so much oil in it. The fries were under cooked and squished as if no care went in to putting my order together. The macaroni salads were ice cold with ice on the bottom of the containers. read more

I went into this KFC to explain that the white meat from my last order was very dry so I asked for no breasts in my 8 piece meal. First, the "manager" didn't care that my last meal was dry. She only said "well you should have called us last week!" I wasn't looking for anything extra. I just didn't want their white meat. So I get home and out of 8 pieces, 3 of them were white meat! When I called, the "manager" said "we didn't pack breasts, those must be 'ribs'." Huh? What part of dry white meat don't you get? No apology. No offer to make it right. Nothing except "we can double check your bucket next time to make sure it's right". With "management" like this, I will do everything to shut this down! Onto my next stop...head office. read more

I think this may be the worst KFC/Taco Bell location I have ever been too. Where to start.... 1. The staff had no sense of of urgency or pride and rightfully so due to the dump they were working in. 2. The only fountain drink machine in the entire location was broken. No ice or cold drinks. If you wanted a cold drink you had to upgrade to a bottled drink. 3. The orders prior to and including ours was messed up and missing items. It took them at least 15 - 17 minutes to serve an order for my family. 4. The restaurant was filthy including the restrooms. The janitorial closet near the restrooms had a door, but it was falling off the hinges. Peering back into the kitchen, it looked like some of the kitchen equipment was in disrepair. I would not recommend this location to anyone. KFC/Taco Bell needs to revoke the franchise immediately. read more

I am a regular at the takeout window. Very friendly service and good chicken. I never eat Taco Bell.
