Friday and Saturday are the most epensive days. When you walk in the staff show you a seat depending on the amout of people are in your group and ask if any drinks are quired which are paid on the final bill. There is a wide range of food available. You can get what you want when you want. Below is just a selection but more is available. Starters include Duck & Pancakes, Spring Rolls, Curry Samosas, Hot & Sour or Sweetcorn Soup, Spare Ribs. Ordering at the drive-thru is like pulling teeth and you'll nearly always be asked to park up and told that they're cooking your food fresh and will bring it out when it's ready. (Don't they always cook your food from fresh or am I being silly???) Anyway, they will hand you any drinks or ice cream before you move away from the window, which I've now realised, isn't the best idea in the world. I say this because they often take so long to bring out your food that milkshakes and McFlurry's can have turned to milk whilst you're waiting. For this reason, I'd suggest you ask them to bring out drinks and ice-cream fresh with your food. When they do arrive with your food, I'd also strongly suggest you check the contents of the bag before driving off as they regularly give you the wrong food or will have missed out something that's already been ordered and paid for. I find they are not too bad during the week when managers are on duty and working the shop floor. However, weekends are something else altogether. I would imagine weekends to be the busiest times for McDonalds yet there are few managers working so service tends to be absolutely appalling. An example of how naff they can be at weekends is when I once opened a chicken sandwich and found the top half of my bun was missing. I kid you not. It was just a chicken fillet with mayo and salad balancing precariously on top of one piece of bread....

The staff there are very friendly. They always make me and my family welcome whenever we go. The evening buffet is £8.50 and £5 for lunch time. Although the price is pricey it is very good for it's value. I've been to alot of Chinese buffets as I love Chinese food and I tend to find that most buffets get very greasy and grizzly. However I have never been disappointed with BC buffet at all. My cousin had her 21st birthday there and there was 62 ppl altogether, and not once could i fault their service or food.

Inside there is the counter on the left were you can order your food. They do various burgers, more range than McDonalds and better cooked in my opinion. You can order a meal and that usually comes with fries and a drink. You decide your drink at a special drinks counter which you fill yourself with what you want and how much ice you want. I also recommend onion rings as they are great value for what you get. Staff are freindly, there's plenty of space if you want to eat in and is always clean.

More often than not, the food is tasty and the restaurant is clean, although due to the lazy gits who can't be bothered to clear their rubbish away in the two bins provided, sometimes means that you need to get rid of it yourself if you want to sit in that area. I have had a couple of spats with staff in the past, but this was down to them not listening to me order my food properly or because they have slammed my food down because they are busy other than that, most of the staff are fine. The toilets could do with a regular clean, then again I have noticed a few people just walk in and use the toilet and walk out again without ordering anything.
